Faith is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) who earned a Master’s degree from Simmons University. She is passionate about helping children and adolescents navigate life’s challenges while building the confidence and skills they need to thrive.Recognizing that every child is unique, Faith focuses on meeting each child where they are. Whether a child is struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, stress, self-esteem, peer relationships, or other emotional challenges, she strives to create a safe, supportive environment where they feel comfortable being themselves.

Her approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each child’s individual needs. She draws from a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), mindfulness practices, art therapy, play therapy, and traditional talk therapy.

While some children express themselves best through conversation, others connect through creativity, play, or hands-on activities. She works closely with each child to find the approach that best supports their growth and success. Faith believes that therapy should not only help children work through current challenges but also equip them with lifelong coping skills. Her goal is to help young people better understand their emotions, build resilience, strengthen their confidence, and develop healthy strategies that support their overall well-being.
