Emily Krim, LMHC
Owner & Therapist
Emily is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Massachusetts. She received her Bachelors of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Northern Colorado in 2018 and a Masters of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a certification in Trauma Informed Care from Bay Pay University in 2022. Her approach is friendly and approachable while also providing the consistency and predictability kids need to thrive. She currently works with children of all ages helping them navigate life’s challenges with curiosity, resilience, and self-confidence. Whether your child is struggling with ADHD, anxiety, depression, behavioral concerns, adjustment, or school-related stress, her goal is to create a safe and supportive space where they feel understood and valued.

Erica Goodman, LMHC
Owner & Therapist
Erica received her Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lesley University in 2021 and is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).
Erica is a compassionate counselor with over seven years of experience supporting children ages 3–10 in a variety of settings, including schools, after-school therapeutic programs, and as a high school paraprofessional. She specializes in working with children in elementary through early middle school who are navigating challenges such as: ADHD symptoms, anxiety or worries, school-related difficulties and family issues.Erica is committed to creating a safe, understanding space where children can express themselves, build confidence, and develop strategies to manage big emotions. She utilizes mindfulness and CBT-based interventions while incorporating art and play modalities, making therapy both fun and experiential.
When she's not working, Erica enjoys reading, spending time with her dog, jamming to Taylor Swift, and relaxing with family and friends.
